From site record to public evidence

Know what you are looking at.

Every figure has a source. Every date matters. Here is how to read the published project record.

How information reaches this site

01

Recorded on the project

Project facts, measurements, milestones and site evidence originate in the Ministry’s project tracker.

02

Selected and reviewed

Authorised officers prepare a release. Ministry, engineering and communications checks apply before independent publication approval.

03

Published for everyone

Only the approved information and eligible photos appear here. Internal edits do not automatically change the public record.

04

Corrected when needed

A later approved release can correct or update the record. Withdrawn material is removed from the public site.

Read progress with its date

Measured progress is the supervising team’s recorded percentage in the approved release. It is separate from time elapsed. A project with no published measurement is shown as unknown, not 0%.

Look at the photo source

Photos come from approved site reports and joint monitoring visits. Where no eligible tracker image is available, an approved Solution Lens image may be used and labelled. Hidden device and location metadata is removed from served images.

Check freshness

The latest published update tells you when the available site evidence was recorded. It is not a promise of continuous monitoring. A newer internal report may still be awaiting review.

What stays private

Internal notes, payment records, staff contacts and attendance are not part of this public register. The public page contains selected project information, not the complete internal file.
